Grand Capital was founded on December 2006 by two UAE Nationals: Hamad Ali Saif Lootah, and Abdullah Bu-Haleeba, as Limited Liability Company. Combining several features of business and partnership structures, Grand Capital is able to provide superior support to several Companies under its organization which involved in many varied business sectors including Readymix Concrete, Transport, Oil and Lubricant, Crushers, and Real Estate Developer.

IT & DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
The IT Department's mission is to provide the Information Technology required for the fulfillment of the group's mission in an efficient and effective manner through building world-class competencies in the technical analysis, design, procurement, implementation, operation and support of computing infrastructure and services (more).

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
The building blocks of successful company are made possible through the Human Resources. New strategies, new processes are necessary to ensure that the vital source of organizational growth is managed to peak the effectiveness and efficiency of each employee. Our Human Resource plays a major role in managing people so that people and the organization are performing at maximum capability in a highly fulfilling manner.
